Each December, Kids Action hosts Bikes for Kids, an event that brings the joy of biking to children and families facing financial hardship in Pottawatomie County. In partnership with local schools, we gift up to 500 kids with brand-new bikes, helmets, and holiday goodies—just in time for the season.

Families enjoy a festive experience complete with a holiday store full of free clothes, toys, and books, all in a welcoming atmosphere. With over 9,000 bikes donated since the event began, Bikes for Kids is about more than just a gift—it’s about promoting healthy, active lifestyles and creating lasting holiday memories.
